To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rxpert Solutions’ total liability arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law or stated in a separate written agreement.

18. General Provisions
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable written service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rxpert Solutions regarding the Site and Services addressed here.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Rxpert Solutions’ failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. Rxpert Solutions may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
